摘要
结合目前洋山港区集装箱疏运方式结构不合理,过于依赖公路运输的现状,从推进上海国际航运中心的规划建设、铁路进入港区实现真正的"海铁联运"目标出发,梳理了相关规划,对铁路进入港区的必要性进行了分析。分析了不同规划思路和前提下轨道引入港区的2种方案:铁路直达专线方案和轨道驳运专线方案。建议应大力发展"进港模式"的海铁联运,构建合理高效的港区集疏运结构。
The container collection and distribution in Yan- gshanHarbor District depends too much on road transportation. In this paper, the necessity of carrying forward the combined sea-rail transport is discussed, two different plan- ning schemes (the direct railway line and the rail transfer) are designed to advance the construction of Shanghai Inter- national Shipping Center and to implement the combined sea-rail transport structure in this harbor district.
