钢便梁错位架设施工方法在轨道交通中的应用

摘要 在已运营的铁路、市郊铁路上增设管线、立交通道时,多采用D型钢便梁防护既有线路。以新疆乌鲁木齐市郊铁路架设D24型钢便梁为例,分析纵梁错位架设的控制因素。通过强度分析、刚度计算,发现纵梁错位后,对应截面挠度不同。分别布置列车最不利荷载位置,利用积分法、叠加法计算两片纵梁不同截面的位移值,求出了列车运行时错位纵梁产生的最大挠度差。从施工简便、方案可行的角度出发,提出两种控制思路,以提高同类工程中列车运行的安全系数。 In China, the D-type steel beam is widely used in urban rail transit, railway transport, suburban rail transit and other pipe and interchange channels, in order to protec- tion the lines. In this paper, the D24 steel temporary beam erection in Xinjiang Urumqi suburban rail spur is taken as an example, to analyze the girder dislocation erection con- trols factors. By putting the live load of a train on the most unfavorable load position in two pieces of dislocation gird- er, the strength and stiffness are analyzed to determine the differences in normal erection. The differential equation on girder deflection line could be solved by integral method when the deflection line equations are under different loads. Then, with superposition method, the girder displace- ment is calculated under a variety of loading in different parts of rail section, the maximum deflection differential when a train runs on the two pieces of dislocation girder is obtained. From aspects of simpler construction and feasible project scheme, two control ideas to increase the similar train operation safety coefficient are put forward.
