Emergency Measures to Large Area Blackout in Nanjing Metro

大面积停电是对地铁运营安全和乘客服务带来重大影响的故障之一。虽然这种故障发生的概率很低,但仍需要对其制订有针对性的预防措施和故障发生时的应急处置措施。从地铁供电系统的构成、供电负荷的分类、故障影响等级的划分及相应的处置措施等方面进行阐述,并通过一起实际案例来说明制订地铁大面积停电应急预案的重要性和必要性。

A large area of blackout is one of the major acci- dents that bring about significant influence on the security of subway operation and customers＇ service. Although the probability of this kind of accident is very low, it is still nec- essary to take preventive and emergency measures for the accident. In this paper, the formation of subway＇s power supply system is illustrated, such as the categories of power supply load,the classification of accident influence, the rel- evant handling measures, etc. One specific case is raised to explain the importance and necessity of making contingency plans for a large area of subway blackout.
