充填综采岩层移动特征数值模拟研究

摘要 河北金牛能源股份有限公司邢台煤矿为解决地表矸石堆积和建筑物下压煤问题,采用综合机械化固体充填采煤技术对7606工作面进行回采。充填综采与传统综采的岩层移动和破坏特征有诸多不同,文章采用FLAC数值模拟的方法,并结合两带高度计算公式和实际巷道地表沉降观测值,对充填综采的岩层移动变形特征和规律进行了分析总结。结果表明,综合机械化固体充填采煤技术有效地控制了上覆岩层的变形量,确保了地表建筑物不受开采的影响,为国内同类矿山提供了借鉴。 In order to solve the surface accumulation and minging the coal under the building in Xingtai Coal Mine of Jinniu Energy Co. , Ltd. , the comprehensive mechanization solid filling mining technology was used in 7606 working face. Fully mechanized filling coal mining technology and the traditional have many differences in strata movement and failure characteristics, this article adopts the method of FLAC numerical simulation, and combining the two belt height calculation formula and the surface subsidence observation actual value, analyzed and summarized the strata movement and deformation behavior. Results shows that the fully mechanized filling coal mining technology can control the deformation of overburden effectively, ensure that the surface of the earth buildings is not affected by mining, provides reference for the similar domestic mining.
