当综放工作面推进位置接近停采线时,原有的转载机搭接胶带输送机运煤系统不能正常有效实施,采用自制自移转载机搭接刮板输送机运煤,实现转载机拉移轻便、快速,满足生产需要,减轻了刮板输送机掐接的劳动强度,安全、经济效益显著。

The regular reversed loader of lap belt conveyor coal handling system effectively put into practice when the distance of coal getting working face is less than the length of two equipments. It uses self - made ＆ self - moving lap of scraper conveyor to convey the coal and realizes convenient and fast transport to meet the needs of fully mechanized caving working face. Moreover, it also reduces labor intensity of the scraper conveyor and has remarkable economic benefits.
