摘要
19世纪前期,越南阮朝派出官船前往"下洲"和"小西洋",进行了具有一定规模的"外洋公务"。通过此举,越南一些封建士大夫开眼看世界,与西方殖民地有了一些初步的接触。《西方入侵前夕越南阮朝的"外洋公务"》一文对此历史现象涉及的一些问题,作出了较为深入的探讨和考证,深化了越南史的研究。
In the early 19th century, the Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam has sent official ships to ＂Xiazhou＂ and ＂Little Western Ocean＂ to carry out ＂foreign oceanic public affairs＂ with a certain scale. By doing so, it widens the vision of some Vietnamese feudal scholar-bureaucrats towards the world, thus they have an initial contact with the western colony. ＂the Foreign Oceanic Public Affairs of Vietnam＇ s Nguyen Dynasty on the Eve of Western Invasion＂ makes in-depth discussion and textual research on some issues related to this historical phenomenon, which could deepen the study of Vietnam＇ s history.
