从海权强国向海权霸主的转变——第二次世界大战期间美国海权战略探析 被引量：1

摘要 二战为美国海权战略的成功实施提供了新的空间。参战前,通过采取一系列积极措施,美国为直接卷入战争做了相关海权战略准备。参战后,坚持"欧洲第一"的"猎犬计划"战略,美国与德、日成功开展海权争夺战。二战结束时,美国从海权强国成功转变为世界海权霸主。美国海权霸主地位确立的过程,也是当时美、日两大海权强国激烈较量的过程。对于中日钓鱼岛争端,有关国家应以史为鉴,避免历史悲剧重演。
