压电泵用截止阀设计与性能测试 被引量:5

Structural Design and Performance Test of Check Valve Used in Piezoelectric Pump

摘要 为设计出适用于压电泵的被动截止阀,对压电泵用阀的设计要求和阀的工作条件进行了理论分析与阐述,并应用上述理论分别设计了悬臂梁阀、轮式平板阀和伞形橡胶阀等三种不同的结构压电泵用阀。理论分析了三种阀的静态过流特性,确定了各种结构尺寸因素对阀工作性能的影响。建立了测试被动截止阀性能的试验方法,并对所设计的三种阀的最小开启压力和静态过流能力进行了试验测试。试验结果表明,所设计的三种阀在0.2 kPa工作压力时都已开启工作,在静态过流能力上橡胶伞形橡胶阀与轮式平板阀比较接近,悬臂梁阀最差。将三种阀安装在结构相同的压电泵中,测试了安装三种阀泵的输出能力,结果显示,安装伞形橡胶阀压电泵的输出流量最大,轮式平板阀次之,悬臂梁阀最差。
