2009～2012年颍上县暗娼人群艾滋病知晓与行为干预研究

Study of knowledge and effects of HIV intervention in female sex workers in a county from 2009 to 2012

目的采用全国艾滋病（AIDS）哨点监测方案对颖上县2009～2012年哨点暗娼人群AIDS行为干预进行评估，为进一步实施干预提供科学依据。方法在该县展开针对暗娼人群的AIDS综合干预工作，依据AIDS综合监测实施方案，每年对该人群进行哨点监测工作，同时收集有关AIDS知晓率、行为干预、行为改变等数据。通过对收集数据的整理与分析，评估该县AIDS知识与行为干预效果。结果4年共调查594名暗娼，暗娼AIDS知晓率（UNGASS指标）和8题全部回答正确率分别由2009年的50．6％、49．4％上升到2012年的83．4％、79．2％；最近1年干预服务相关项目和“最近1年做过AIDS检测率和最近1月AIDS知识获得率”干预后指标比例逐年增加，4年趋势分析差异具有统计学意义。结论2009～2012年该县暗娼AIDS知识知晓率明显提高，但高危行为改善效果不明显，应进一步加强暗娼人群AIDS性病的宣传教育及干预工作。

Objective To evaluate the effects of HIV intervention in female sex workers （FSW）, and provide a scientific basis for further intervention by taking the national HIV sentinel surveillance solutions in Yingshang county, Anhui province from 2009 to 2012. Methods HIV intervention in FSW in Yingshang county was adopted. According to the ＂The national HIV/AIDS sentinel surveillance Program＂, the information of intervention status, HIV knowledge and behavior change and so on were collected to assess the intervention. Results A total of 594 FSW were surveyed during 2009 - 2012. The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge （UNGASS） and 8 questions all answered correctly rosed from 50.6% and 49.4% in 2009 to 83.4% and 79.2% in 2012. After the intervention, the index proportion of the recent 1 year intervention service related projected, the detection rate of HIV/AIDS, and the recent 1 month rate of AIDS knowledge acquisition increased year by year. The difference of 4 years＇trend analysis was statistically significant. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge（UNGASS） and 8 questions all answered correctly among FSW in Yingshang county increase obviously from 2009 to 2012, but not high - risk behaviors, and we should further strengthen the publicity and education of STD/AIDS and the intervention works on FSW.
