基于信任投入的集群组织间知识共享契约与合作绩效研究

A Study on Relationships of Knowledge Spillover and Contract Stability and Profit-sharing within Enterprises of Cluster

本文将信任水平、学习机制获得和吸纳能力纳入对集群企业知识外溢与利润共享的关系研究之中,揭示了集群企业效益的来源。在此基础上,进一步引入企业之间的契约关系及其稳定性。研究发现契约关系的稳定程度正向强化了企业间的溢出知识向共享利润的转化,增强了集群凝聚力。

This paper incorporated the level of trust, learning mechanism and absorption capacity into the relationship study of knowledge spiUovers and profit sharing in the cluster business, which revealed the source of a cluster enterprise e^ciency. On this basis, fu_~her introduced the contractual relationship and their stability between enterprises. Study found that the stability of contractual relations positive reinforce the transformation of overflow knowledge to profit sharing between enterprise, enhancing the cohesion of the cluster.
