加强高校的服务功能,推动校地协同发展,是地方高校肩负的重要使命。经济社会主体行为决策需要信息支持,信息服务是高校图书馆首要职能。区域经济运行中,政府、家庭(居民)、企业是紧密联系的三大主体,针对区域经济主体行为决策的信息诉求差异,为区域经济主体行为决策提供差异化的信息服务,是地方高校图书馆与区域经济实现耦合发展的重要途径。

It is higher schools＇ responsibility to enhance their service fimcfion and to promote coupling development with regional economy. Decision for economic and social subject behavior needs information backup, which is the major role of higher school libraries. In the process of regional economy development, government, families （residence） and enterprises are three integrated factors. The vital solution to realize the coupling development is to provide varied information for regional economic subject behavior decision, based on the request differences.
