电解锰渣烧制陶粒的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以电解锰渣为主要原料,粉煤灰和锯末为添加剂,进行烧制建筑陶粒的研究。通过正交试验确定了电解锰渣烧制陶粒的最佳配比和烧结工艺:粉煤灰添加量为130%,锯末添加量为8%,预热温度为400℃,烧成温度为1120℃,保温时间为14 min。按照最优试验方案制得的陶粒堆积密度684 kg/m3,表观密度1503 kg/m3,空隙率52%,吸水率8.5%,筒压强度4.0 MPa,比表面积4.25 m2/g,满足GB/T 17431-2010规定的普通轻集料700级的技术要求,且陶粒浸出毒性实验表明浸出液中各项重金属含量均远低于GB/T 5085.3-2007规定的浓度限值,具有环境安全性。该研究结果为电解锰渣的开发利用提供了一条新途径。 Electrolytic manganese residue was used to produce ceramisite by sintering method. Fly ash and sawdust were used as additives. The optimal production parameters were confirmed through orthogonal test using electrolytic manganese residue as principal raw material: fly ash adding amount was 130%, sawdust adding amount was 8%, the preheating temperature was 400 ℃, the sintering temperature was 1120 ℃, the holding time was 14 min. The performance testing indicators of aggregate fired under best experimental parameters shows: the bulk density is 684 kg/m3,the apparent density is 1503 kg/m3, void fraction is 52%, the bibulous rate is 8.5%, the cylinder compressive strength is 4.0 MPa, the specific surface area is 4.25 rn2/g, all of the targets meet 700 grade light aggregate of GB/T 17431-2010; the results of leaching test are lower than hazardous constituents concentration limits of GB/T 5085.3-2007, the ceramisite is not hazardous to environment. The results can help to provide a new method for the development and utilization of electrolytic manganese residue.
