摘要 蛇纹石与硫酸铵焙烧后进行水浸、过滤,得到主要化学成分为二氧化硅的滤渣,对滤渣进行煅烧制取多孔二氧化硅,并采用比表面积及孔径分布仪、XRD、SEM等测试方法对多孔二氧化硅样品进行了表征。结果表明,500℃下煅烧1.5 h,多孔二氧化硅的BET多点比表面积达到137.93 m2/g,吸附累积孔体积0.173 cm3/g,吸附平均孔径6.005 nm;其主要成分为非晶质二氧化硅;颗粒SEM图片明显可见大量无规律分布的微孔。 The research involves the calcination of serpentine with ammonium sulfate to produce residue after leaching in water and filtering, which the main chemical composition is amorphous silica, and describes the preparation of porous silicon dioxide from calcining residue by heat treater, and the use of specific surface area and pore size distribution analyzer, XRD, SEM test method for characterization of porous silica samples. Results show that under the calcination condition of 500 ~C and 1.5 h, multiple BET specific surface area of porous silicon dioxide reaches 137.93 m2/g, adsorption cumulative pore volume reaches 0.173 cm3/g, average aperture of adsorption reaches 6.005 nm. Its main components are non-crystalline silica. Large irregular distribution of particles micro-holes is obviously observed by SEM.
