摘要 利用正交试验研究壳聚糖/粉煤灰复合材料处理活性蓝模拟印染废水。结果表明,影响因素的大小顺序为pH值、投加量、处理温度、复合材料配比、搅拌时间,最佳操作工艺条件为:复合材料中壳聚糖与粉煤灰质量比1∶10,其投加量0.2g/60mL,活性蓝模拟印染废水质量浓度100 mg/L,pH值4.0,35下搅拌15 min,脱色率可达96.55%。复合材料对活性蓝模拟印染废水的吸附遵循Freundlich等温吸附式和准二级速率方程。壳聚糖/粉煤灰复合材料重复使用7次后,脱色率仍可达88.18%,可回收92.21%的活性蓝。 Different types of chitosan/fly ash composites were prepared and were used for the adsorption of simulated dyeing wastewaters containing reactive blue by the orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the effect on the removal reactive blue was in the following order: pH value, composite dosage, treating temperature, composite materials ratio, stirring time. Under the optimum conditions as the following: 0.2000 g of composite with mass ratio of chitosan and fly ash 1 : 10 processing 60 mL100 mg/L simulated dyeing wastewaters containing reactive blue, the pH value of 4.00, under 35 ℃ stirring for 15 rain, the decolorization rate got up to 96.55%. The adsorption behaviors of the nanocomposite showed that the adsorption kinetics and isotherms were in good agreement with pseudo-second-order equation and the Freundlich equation, respectively. The deeolorization rate for reactive blue reached 88.18% and 92.21% reactive blue could be retrieved as the composite was recycled for seven times.
