摘要 随着碳纤维生产规模的扩大和生产过程的日趋复杂,更加需要强调对人身、环境和设备的保护。生产装置具备有效性和高安全性,安全相关系统或外部风险降低设施协同是碳纤维生产设计必须考虑的一个重要因素。通过对碳纤维碳化生产过程进行危险(安全)分析,研究其安全预防与安全运行技术,是碳纤维生产过程中提供安全保障的基础。 With the larger production scale of carbon fiber and more complicated production process, more emphasis on the protection of personal, environmental and equipment should be put. The production device has the advantages of high efficiency and high safety, and the safety integrity including safety related systems or external risk reduction facilities must be an important factor to be considered in the design of the production of carbon fiber. By the analysis of the risk of carbon fiber carbonization process system ( safety), the study of the security prevention and safety operation technology, is the foundation that guarantees the safety of production process of carbon fiber.
