Two transformation for Somet air-jet loom

为了减少舒美特喷气织机故障,提高织机效率,通过对舒美特喷气织机绞边器和后梁紧固部分的改造,解决了生产过程中由于绞边丝缠绕造成绞边停止的问题和后梁紧固螺丝经常断裂的问题,提高了织机效率,发挥了舒美特喷气织机的优势,经过长时间运转证明改造是成功的。

In order to reduce the fault of air jet loom and to improve the efficiency for the loom, based on the transformation of leno selvage device and its fastening part for air jet loom, the problems which refer to the leno-selvage stop caused by selvage wire winding and to frequent fracture of rear fastening screws in the production process are solved. Thus it improves the efficiency of the loom, and gives the advantage of air-jet loom. It proves that the transformation is successful after a long-time running.
