院前急救在急性脑卒中患者的应用

The application of prehospital emergency treatment on patients with cerebral apoplexy

目的观察院前急救在脑卒中患者救治的应用效果。方法选择2005年1月-2013年6月我院救治的脑卒中患者200例，分为观察组和对照各100例。观察组予院前急救护理，对照组予常规护理，并观察两组患者的致死率、致残率及护理效果。结果观察组的致死率、致残率低于对照组（P〈O．05），观察组患者的满意度高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论院前急救能降低患者的致死率、致残率，提高患者的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of prehospital emergency on patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 200 patients with cerebral apoplexy were rescued during January 2005 to June 2013. They were random- ized into two groups：the experimental group （n = 100） and the controlgroup （n = 100）. The experimental group wag treated by prehospital cerebral apoplexy nursing pathway and the control group received normal nursing proce- dure. The two groups were compared concerning the mortality, the disability rates and the nursing effect. Results The mortality and disability rates in the experimental group were both lowered significantly than those of the control group（both P〈0. 05） and the satisfaction was higher significantly than those of the control group（both P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Prehospital emergency not only decrease the mortality and disability rates of cerebral apo- plexy but also increase its satisfaction,and it deserves to be popularized.
