摘要
指出建立基于HACCP的食品物流安全体系能在食品供应链的关键环节中有效地预防食品安全事故的发生,应在相应的法律法规基础上由政府相关职能部门联合监管,并结合GMP、ISSOP、ISO等其他管理体系和运用物联网、GPS、GIS等共同构建和实现符合现代市场需求的食品物流安全体系。
In this paper, we pointed that the HACCP-based food logistics safety system could effectively prevent the happening of food safety accidents in the key links of the food supply chain, pointed out that a food logistics safety system that complied with existing market demand could be established and realized under the joint regulation of relevant government organs, in connection with other management systems such as GMP, ISSOP and ISO and using technologies such as IOT, GPS and GIS, etc.
