摘要
在深入分析第三方物流风险基础上,结合目前物流保险市场现状,指出当前物流保险制度的缺陷与问题,并提出应从健全物流保险法规、完善现有物流保险产品、加快物流保险专业人才培养等方面完善物流保险体制,以推进其快速有序发展。
In this paper, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of risk exposure of third party logistics and in connection with the current status of the logistics insurance market, we pointed out the deficiency and problem in the current logistics insurance system and argued that we should improve it from the aspects of completing logistics insurance laws and regulations, enhancing current logistics insurance products, and accelerating cultivation of logistics insurance professional talents.
