Improvement of Manufacturing Enterprise Competitivity Based on Industrial Clustering:In the Case of Clusters of Electrical Appliance Industry in Foshan

以白色家电产业集群佛山基地为例,阐述了产业集群对群内企业提供的竞争优势,分析了集群内企业间的信息融合及生产方式转变,最后从战略、客户、生产计划、仓储管理及生产管理等不同方面提出了依靠产业集群提升企业竞争力的策略。

In this paper, in the case of the Foshan base for the electrical appliance industrial clusters, we introduced the competitive advantage industrial clusters provided to enterprises within the clusters, analyzed the transformation of information fusion and production method of the enterprises within the clusters, and at the end, from multiple aspects, proposed the strategy for the clusters to improve the competitivity of component enterprises.
