摘要
基于已有成果初步建立物流企业员工绩效考核指标体系,物流企业员工绩效考核指标体系的设计内容分为:财务业绩指标、经营效率指标、竞争能力指标、服务质量指标、社会贡献指标和能力指标等方面。考核方法采用KPI法和因子分析法,把绩效考核的结果运用在奖金发放、薪酬调整和职务晋升调整等方面。
In this paper, on the basis of existing findings, we preliminarily established the performance evaluation index and system for logistics enterprise employees, the index part of which included financial performance index, operational efficiency index, competing competence index, service quality index, social contribution index and capacity index, etc. and the evaluation methods of which included KPI and factor analysis, and the proposed to consider the result of the evaluation into bonus, salary adjustment and promotion.
