摘要
在分析供应链价格时变特征的基础上,基于销售价格时变、需求和响应时间不确定的假设,分别构建了集中式供应链的决策模型和分散式供应链的决策模型,通过对比说明分散式决策模式下供应链需要进行协调,以实现全局优化,并设计了按比例滞销补贴的契约形式进行分散式供应链的协调。结果表明:通过选择适当的补贴比例,能实现分散式供应链向集中式供应链的协调。最后通过算例验证了该契约协调的有效性。
In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the time-varying characteristic of supply chain prices as well as an uncertainty hypothesis, we respectively established the centralized and distributed supply chain decision-making model and through comparison demonstrated under the distribution decision model, the supply chain need coordinating to realize global optimization, for which we designed the contract based on proportional markdown allowance. The result indicated a suitably chosen allowance proportion could coordinate the distributed supply chain toward the centralized supply chain.
