Work Process Based Curricular System Development for Higher Vocational Logistics Management Specialty

针对高职物流管理专业人才培养与企业人才需求之间存在较大差距的问题,提出了高职物流管理专业应构建"工作过程导向"的学习领域课程方案,根据物流运营管理高技能人才就业调研,进行了对应行动领域的分解,并重构了专业课程体系框架,最后提出了下一步亟待解决的问题—专业核心课程的教学改革与重新设计。

In this paper, in view of the gap between the cultivation of higher vocational logistics management talents and the talent demand of the enterprises, we proposed that higher vocational logistics management specialty should adopt a work-process oriented curricular plan, decomposed the corresponding action domains in light of a survey on the employment of highly-skilled logistics operation and management talents, reengineered the curricular system and framework of the specialty and at the end proposed the problem that needed solving by the next round of effort, that is, the reformation and redesign of the core curriculum of the specialty.
