摘要
阐释了对高职物流人才培养中对接企业作用的认识与校企合作的理解,分析了我国高职物流人才培养与企业对接的现状及存在的问题,最后基于校企合作视野提出了优化我国高职院校物流人才培养对接企业的建议。
In this paper, we explained our understanding of the role of enterprise docking and school-enterprise cooperation in the cultivation of higher vocational logistics talents, analyzed the current status and existing problems in the higher vocational logistics talents cultivated and their docking with the enterprises, and at the end from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation, proposed the suggestions to optimize the docking of the talents and the enterprises.
