摘要 根据组织支持和知识转移的影响路径,指出了基于希望中介效应的组织支持对知识转移影响研究的必要性;提出了基于希望中介效应的组织支持对知识转移影响的研究假设和结构模型;设计了基于希望中介效应的组织支持对知识转移影响的研究变量和结构问卷;第四,对基于希望中介效应的组织支持对知识转移影响数据进行了统计分析;对基于希望中介变量的组织支持对知识转移的影响效应进行了结构方程效应分析;提出了基于希望培育的组织支持措施。 The paper firstly indicates the necessity of the research on the mechanism of the organiza- tional support influencing the knowledge transferring based on the mediating effect of hope. Secondly, the paper puts forth a relevant hypothesis and a structural model. Thirdly,the paper designs relevant variables and a structural questionnaire. Fourthly, the paper analyzes statistically the result of the questionnaire investigation. Fifth,the paper indicates the total effects of the organizational support in- fluencing knowledge transferring based on the mediator of hope. Finally, the paper puts forward organ- izational support measures to cultivate hope.
