摘要
采用机械阻抗模型,提出了一种机械设备隔振装置的隔振效果计算方法,可用于计算全频段和分频段的隔振效果。对该方法进行了试验验证,结果表明其全频段隔振效果计算精度较高,而分频段隔振效果计算值则反映了隔振装置的平均隔振能力。对计算误差产生的原因进行了分析,并给出了该方法的适用范围。
A method based on mechanical impedance model of machinery mounting system is presented to calculate the isolation effect in wide band and 1/3 octave bands respectively. To evaluate the effectiveness of this method, experiments are conducted on a test rig. Results show that the method has satisfactory isolation effect prediction accuracy in wide band. The isolation effects predicted in octave bands reflect the average isolation ability of mounting system and may deviate from tested results depending on the vibration characteristics of machinery. The factors influencing prediction accuracy the applicability of this method are analyzed.
