摘要
应变式扭矩传感器是一种常见的扭矩传感器,其工作原理是利用应变片将弹性元件在受扭时产生的形变转化为电量,再通过后续电路处理后输出。根据杠杆原理,在原来的弹性元件的基础上采取增加同心圆周的方法,使在圆心角变化相同的情况下不同圆周上具有相同距离的两点间的绝对距离变化量增大;为使经过改进后的弹性元件的形变能够尽可能反映在黏贴应变片处,方案采取减薄黏贴应变片处材料的方法,由三角形相关理论可知对于性能的改进能起到非常显著的作用。
The elastic elements will produce a deformation, wen suffered from outer forces. As a common torque sensor the strain torque sensor's working principle is to use the strain gauge to turn it into electric signals, and then were processed by the follow-up circuit before the were outputed. In order to improve the measuring accuracy and resolution of torque sensor .This paper introduced two new ideas for the design of elastic elements for torque sensor, one is based on lever principle, another is stress concentration principle. The former is on this: add a concentric rings to the quondam one, in this way the increse of absolute distance between two points on the outside ring is larger than this of the inside, on the condition that the change of central angle is constent; the latter is that under the way of make some place of the outside ring to thin, we can let strain gauge take much more transformation, with the principles related to triangle, it proved that it can improve the performance of this sensor.
