双轴转子系统非线性动特性测试研究与实现 被引量:1

摘要 以双轴转子系统为对象,针对其故障非线性动特性的测试与系统分析进行深入研究。通过分析双轴转子系统典型故障的动特性,提取实验台旋转振动信号包含的特征信息进行故障诊断。结合使用NET以及Win32 SDK为开发平台,设计和实现了双轴转子系统非线性动特性测试系统。结果表明,系统可实现转子实验台实验数据的采集以及非线性动特性的分形维数计算分析和图形输出等功能,为深入研究系统运行过程的分形维数变化提供了分析平台,对研究故障演化有着重要的应用价值。 The study is carried out for better understanding the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of two-span rotor bearing system. After obtained the information of vibration signal, the signal process is continued to analyze typical failure status of the system and fault diagnosis is carried out corresponded. With. NET FrameWorks and Win32 SDK, the motoring system is programmed to accomplish data acquisition, signal process and the nonlinear dynamic characteristics analysis with fractal dimension method, etc. The results show that the fractal dimension method can be used as a analysis platform for the study of dynamic characteristics, which is valuable in fault evolution.
