摘要
长期以来烟草称重定级系统自动化程度不高引起了广泛关注,因此设计了一款新型的烟草称重读卡定级器来解决这一问题。该烟草称重读卡定级器采用ARM最新一代Cortex-M3内核的STM32F103VC作为主控制器,并将嵌入式实时多任务操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ引入系统软件设计部分。该设计极大地提高了烟草定级系统的自动化程度,同时又增强了系统的实时性与可靠性。目前,该烟草称重读卡定级器已成功应用于某烟草定级系统中。
The low automation which existing in the tobacco system causes wide attention for a long time. In order to solve this problem, a new device is designed for weighting, reading card and grading. The device based on STM32F103VC with ARM kernel, embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ is also utilized, which improves the automation of the system, as well as the reliability and real-time performance of the system. The device has been successfully applied in a tobacco grading system at present.
