摘要 针对长螺旋钻机电动动力头在面对复杂地层时由于负载多变引起动力头电机稳定性降低甚至烧毁的问题,采用自调整量化因子和比例因子的模糊控制方法及变频调速控制技术设计了一套动力头模糊控制变频调速系统。通过对动力头电机模糊控制系统及V/f变频调速模型的详细分析建立了系统仿真模型,确定了量化因子及比例因子最佳初值,并根据系统设计方案进行现场实验。实验结果表明:该系统对不确定多变负载的响应及适应性较好,使动力头电机的稳定性及安全性明显提高。 The changeful load may reduce the stability of the motor seriously and even destroy the motor when the continuous flight auger works in the complex stratum. A control system based on fuzzy control and frequency-eonversion speed-regulation is designed, which can self-adjust the quantitative factor and scaling model of the system simulation is established in detail based on the fuzzy control system and V/f control of motor speed model, the best initial values of the quantitative factor and scaling factor are factor. The frequency obtained. An experiment is also designed according to the scheme of the system and results show that this system has better adaptability and responsiveness for uncertain changeable load, and the stability and safety of the motor seriously are improved.
