摘要
针对长螺旋钻机电动动力头在面对复杂地层时由于负载多变引起动力头电机稳定性降低甚至烧毁的问题,采用自调整量化因子和比例因子的模糊控制方法及变频调速控制技术设计了一套动力头模糊控制变频调速系统。通过对动力头电机模糊控制系统及V/f变频调速模型的详细分析建立了系统仿真模型,确定了量化因子及比例因子最佳初值,并根据系统设计方案进行现场实验。实验结果表明:该系统对不确定多变负载的响应及适应性较好,使动力头电机的稳定性及安全性明显提高。
