300MW发电机密封油系统存在的问题及对策

Problems existing in sealing oil system of 300 MW generator and countermeasures

以华电襄阳发电有限公司汽轮发电机组为例,分析了300 MW机组启、停及正常运行中,由于运行操作、检修维护、设备安装、油质、油温等原因造成密封油系统非正常运行的安全隐患,提出了相应的对策,保证电厂安全、经济、稳定运行。

Taking the 300 MW turbine generator set of Huadian Xiangyang Power Generation Company Limited as example,the potential safety hazard of abnormal operation of sealing oil system during the unit startup,shutdown and normal operation caused by operation,maintenance,oil quality,oil temperature and other reasons was analyzed. Relevant countermeasures were put forward,which are helpful to ensure safe,economical and stable operation of the power plant.
