摘要
针对国产300 MW机组运行中汽封漏汽量大、可靠性低等问题,通过分析主流汽封的结构特点及汽封改造前存在的问题,提出了汽轮机汽封改造方案。汽封改造后,减少了高/中压缸、汽轮机端部及级间漏汽,增大了蒸汽做功能力和相对内效率,提高了机组的热经济性。
Aiming at the problems of larger steam leakage and lower reliability of the steam seal of a 300 MW domestic unit,according to analysis on the structure characteristics of current steam seal and the existed problems before the seal reformation,the turbine seal reformation scheme and the reformation measures were put forward. After the seal had been reformed,the steam leakage of the high and middle pressure cylinder,the steam leakage in the end of the turbine and the interstage steam leakage were reduced; the physical work capacity of the steam and the relative inner efficiency were increased. The thermal economic efficiency of the unit was improved.
