Analysis on reasons of sealing oil leakage into generator and preventive measures

广东珠海金湾发电有限公司2×600 MW超临界机组在一次小修时,发现发电机定转子表面有油迹,判断为发电机少量进油。对系统运行情况和发电机进油原因进行了分析,从安装和运行两方面入手,采取了相应措施,从而杜绝了发电机进油问题的再次发生。

In a minor overhaul of the 2 × 600 MW supercritical unit of Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan Power Generation Company Limited,some oil stains had been found on the surfaces of the stator and the rotor of the generator,and it was determined that there is little sealing oil leaking into generator. The system operation and the reasons of sealing oil leakage into generator were analyzed. Some countermeasures were adopted in installation and operation of the generator,and the problem of oil leakage into generator was eradicated completely.
