The wind turbine Generator tower subgrade and foundation design software was introduced. The calculation method of eccentricity of the foundation resultant force action point given in file FD 003—2007'Design regulations on subgrade and foundation for wind turbine generator system'was expounded. Based on this,the two calculation results of the quantity of the reinforcement for the foundation column by the wind turbine generator tower subgrade and foundation design software were analyzed.The conclusion is that the quantity of the reinforcement for the foundation column of the wind turbine tower must be calculated by the amended eccentricity pressure formula.
