本文对我国部分湿法变性淀粉生产线的生产技术和管理现状进行了总结和分析，从中看出其生产技术、生产管理和质量的差别，从而促进我国变性淀粉生产的进步和良好发展。

This article gives a summary and an analysis of production technology and management status of wet modified starch production lines in some provinces of China, and we can see the difference on technology, management and quality from it, thus promote the progress and well development of modified starch production in our country.
