电渗析对木糖提取液脱盐性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用电渗析法,初步研究了木糖提取液中的盐分脱除性能,并考察了其影响因素,对其主要操作条件进行了优化。采用对电导率水平的考察来表征电渗析对木糖料液中盐分的脱除性能。其对木糖料液的脱盐率达95%以上,收率约为98%,操作过程中无需进行DH调节,浓水排放量小于料液的50%,电流效率约为65%,且温度并不是影响木糖料液中脱盐效率的主导因素。本文同时比较了电渗析法、离子交换法、纳滤等方法对木糖提取液中盐分的脱除性能。 In this paper, the desalination performance of xylose extractive by Electrodialysis and it's influence factors has been researched, and optimized the main operating conditions. The performance of desalination was characterized by the conductivity. The desalination rate of xylose extract is above 95% as the rate of recovery is about 98%. The pH adjustment isn't needed in this process, and the emission of concentrated water less than 50% of feed water. The current efficiency is about 65%, and the temperature is not the dominant factor of the salt level of xylose. The desalination of xylose extractive by electrodialysis, ion exchange and ultrasonic has been compared.
