摘要
变压器无论是热故障还是电故障,最终都将导致绝缘介质裂解产生各种特征气体。由于碳氢键之间的链能低,在绝缘的分解过程中,一般是先生成H2,因此H2是各种故障特征气体的主要成分之一。通过对景德镇发电厂2台高压厂用变压器绝缘油中特征气体H2含量异常超标现象的阐述,根据对绝缘油气相色谱分析结果对H2含量超标原因进行分析,介绍了相应处理措施与实施效果。
No matter thermal or electrical fault in transformer, it would lead to insulating medium cracking, which would produce characteristic gases. In the process of medium decomposition, the carbon-hydrogen bonds energy is lower. Generally, it generates hydrogen fn-st, so hydrogen is one of the main components of fault characteristic gases. Through the phenomenon description of abnormal overproof hydrogen content in insulating oil of JEPC 2 high-voltage auxiliary transformers, according to the insulating oil chromatographic analysis, the reason of overproof hydrogen content was analyzed, and relevant treatment measures and implementation effect were introduced.
