纤维蛋白肽A与冠心病抗凝疗效的相关分析

摘要
目的 :探讨纤维蛋白肽A(FPA)与不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)抗凝疗效的关系。方法 :以高效液相色谱法检测用低分子肝素 (LMWH)治疗 6 1例UAP患者 2 4h尿中的FPA含量。结果 :6 1例经治疗后心绞痛 3天内发作次数由 6 90± 1 43次降至 2 0 3± 1 46次。结论 :2 4h尿中FPA含量与治疗前心绞痛发作次数及用药后心绞痛疗效积分密切相关 ,说明FPA对UAP的诊断和LMWH的疗效具有预测作用。
