摘要
考察了不同质量浓度的2种复合阻垢剂对碳酸钙阻垢性能的影响。利用自行设计的物理防垢仪评价装置,研究了高效电磁防垢仪的防垢效果和机理,并且采用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜对在高效电磁防垢仪作用下的CaCO3结晶过程及其晶型的改变进行了表征。研究了2种复合阻垢剂与高效电磁防垢仪协同作用的防垢性能。结果表明:复合阻垢剂1的最高阻垢率为76.53%;复合阻垢剂2的最高阻垢率为80.68%;高效电磁防垢仪的平均防垢率为51.46%。高效电磁防垢仪可以促进CaCO3结晶过程的进行,并且促使方解石向文石转化。在高效电磁防垢仪与复合阻垢剂的协同作用下,复合阻垢剂1的协同防垢率比单独使用时提高20%,复合阻垢剂2的协同防垢率比单独使用时提高10%以上。
Two kinds of composite scale inhibitors are investigated and the influence of different concentration on anti-scaling per- formance of calcium carbonate is discussed. A set of dynamic laboratory evaluation device of physical anti-scaling instrument is de- signed to study anti-scaling performance and mechanism of efficient electromagnetic anti-scaling instrument. The crystallization of Ca- CO3 is characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Synergistic anti-scaling performance of composite scale inhibitor and efficient electromagnetic anti-scaling instrument is investigated. The experimental results show that the highest anti-scaling rate of composite scale inhibitor 1 is 76.53% and highest anti-scaling rate of composite scale inhibitor 2 is 80.68% , average anti-scaling rate of efficient electromagnetic anti-scaling instrument is 51.46%. When efficient electromagnetic anti- scaling instrument works with composite scale inhibitor, synergistic scale inhibition of composite scale inhibitor 1 has a 20% higher than composite scale inhibitor 1 and synergistic scale inhibition of composite scale inhibitor 2 has a 10% higher than composite scale inhibitor 1.
