摘要
国家经济建设和社会发展迫切需要大量高水平应用型人才。多年来,南京理工大学一贯注重以这一显著的社会需求为导向,坚定不移地以增强研究生就业竞争力为目标,坚持开放办学,积极争取和利用外部资源,在应用型研究生培养工作实践中不断创新,成功地探索出学校与企业合作、学校与科研院所合作、学校与国外知名高校合作、学校与地方政府合作等多元联合培养模式,有效地提高了应用型研究生的培养质量和水平。
High -level application -oriented talents are urgently needed in national economic constructions and social develop- ments. For a long time, Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST) has been consistently guided by this marked so- cial need orientation, and firmly targeted at improving job competitiveness of graduates. It persists in open - up education, active- ly explores and makes good use of outer resources, and carries out constant innovations in application - oriented graduate training practice. It has succeeded in setting up a multiply joint training mode, based on co - operations among universities and enterpri- ses, research institutions, famous foreign universities, as well as local governments, which effectively improves training qualities and competences of application - oriented graduates.
