摘要
健康管理就是对个体或人群的健康状况进行监测、评估,提供健康咨询和指导以及对健康危险因素进行干预的有计划的管理活动。员工健康管理是人力资源管理实践的新问题。企业员工健康管理项目包括制定员工健康管理制度、对员工进行健康教育培训、提供有利于员工健康的环境设施和健康管理服务平台、建立完善员工健康医疗保险体系,以及实现员工工作-家庭生活的平衡措施。企业员工健康管理计划,不仅仅是员工医疗福利成本管控手段,而且是健康人力资本投资,其意义在于:其一,是减少和控制员工医疗费用的有效手段;其二,能够有效地增加员工健康时间;其三,能够提高企业其他资本投入的产出效率;其四,因为体现了企业对员工健康的关心而增强员工的企业归属感和工作热情;其五,间接地促进了宏观经济增长。
Health management is the planned management activities for an individual or a community, which consist of monito- ring and evaluating physical conditions, providing health consultation and guidance, and intervening with hazards to health. Em- ployee health management is a new problem in human resource management practices. Employee health management programs generally include establishing employee health management systems, carrying out health education and training, providing envi- ronments and facilities beneficial to employees' health, founding health management service platform, establishing and improving employee health insurance system, and carrying out work - family balancing measures. The employee health management program is not only means to control employee medical care costs, but also healthy human capital investments. The siguificances are as follows: First, it is an effective method to reduce and control employee medical costs. Secondly, it can effectively increase the employees' healthy work time. Thirdly, it can improve the output efficiency of other capital investments. Fourthly, it can strengthen employees' sense of belonging to the enterprise and working enthusiasm, owing to employer' s commitment to employee health. Fifthly, it will indirectly promote macro -economic growth.
