Research on Intellectual Property Evaluation in China:Current Situation and Prospects

国内知识产权评价研究主要围绕"宏观→中观→微观"三个层面展开,并已经取得了一定的进展。但目前该领域在研究对象、内容、方法和应用等方面还存在一些认知偏差,对于知识产权评价的理论构建与实践运用形成了明显的影响和制约。从研究现状与现实需求的角度看,我国知识产权评价的发展趋势呈现出四个方面的特征,即研究内容的整合化趋向、研究重心转向管理绩效评价、评价方法趋向于质化与量化相结合、研究视角更关切实践应用。

Domestic researches on intellectual property evaluation mainly center on macro - medium - micro dimensions, name- ly, national orientation, regional orientation and institutional orientation, and have made great achievements. However, there are some cognitive misconceptions in this field, in terms of its research subjects, contents, methods and applications, which seriously affects and restricts its development in theory construction and practical applications. Judging from current situations and practical needs, China＇ s development trends in intellectual property evaluation display four features ： integration of research contents, re- search focuses shifted to managing performance assessment, both qualitative and quantitative approaches adopted in research methodology, more research concerns toward practical applications.
