旋转浮阀塔板的气含率分布研究 被引量:6

摘要 在内径为600 mm的旋转浮阀塔内,以空气-水为介质,采用电导法对塔板上气液两相接触区域中的气含率进行测试,研究了气相和液相负荷对气含率在板上分布的影响。实验结果表明,增加气相负荷使气含率明显变大,增加液相负荷使气含率明显变小;随板上高度的增加,气含率逐渐增大,且分布趋向均匀,并在板上高度为30 mm左右时有一个气含率突高点。旋转浮阀塔板的气含率轴向分布较F1型浮阀塔板均匀,板上高度大于40 mm时气含率径向分布明显比F1型浮阀塔板好,且旋转浮阀塔板的气含率分布受液体喷淋密度和空塔气体动能因子的影响较小。 The gas hold-up fraction of an air-water system above rotary valve trays in an organic glass column with an inner diameter of 600 mm was studied by using Probe Method.The effects of gas phase load and liquid phase load on the distribution of the gas hold-up fraction above the trays were discussed.The experimental results show that the gas hold-up fraction increases with the increase of the gas phase load and decreases with the increase of the liquid phase load,the gas hold-up fraction gradually increases with the increase of the height above the trays,and the gas load is particularly high at 30 mm above the trays.The distribution of the gas hold-up fraction becomes more and more uniformity when the height increases.The experiment results also show that the axial distribution of the gas hold-up fraction above the rotary valve trays is more uniform than that above F1 valve trays,and the radial distribution of the gas hold-up fraction above the rotary valve trays is better than that above F 1 valve tray when the height from the trays is over 40 mm.The effects of superficial gas kinetic energy factor and spray density on the distribution of the gas hold-up fraction above the rotary valve trays are smaller.
