摘要
以解决城镇化建设资金需求为目标,分析了目前城镇化建设融资面临的困难,提出以资本为纽带,建立基产业的资本合作新模式,通过组建专业融资公司,多种渠道开展融资,结合实施配套措施,推动城镇化投融资。
In order to solve urbanization funding needs as the goal, We analyzed the current urbanization financing difficulties, raised capital as the link is established based on industry capital new model of cooperation, through the formation of special-ized financing companies, financing to carry out a variety of channels, combined with the implementation of supporting mea-sures to promote urbanization, investment and financing.
