摘要
通过利用动力诊断方法，对西南地区（以云南省为典型代表）2011-2012年冬季干旱的成因进行初步分析，得出云南出现严重干旱与极涡、西风带环流等大气环流系统出现异常有直接关系。
By using dynamical diagnosis, the paper preliminary analyzed reasons of drought in winter from 2011 to 2012 of Southwest rcgion （taking Yunnan as a typical representative）, and put forward that severe drought in Yunnan had direct rela- tionship with atmospheric circulation systems of polar cyclone and westerly belt ring current.
