摘要 目的研究毛叶香茶菜Isodon japonica(Burm.f.)Hara叶的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从毛叶香茶菜叶的70%丙酮提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离鉴定12个化合物的结构,其中6个为对映贝壳杉烷型二萜即:Enmein(1),Hebeirubescensin K(2),冬凌草甲素(3),Parvifoline G(4),Maoyecrystal A(5),Maoyecrystal L(6);四个三萜即:2α-羟基乌苏酸(7),委菱菜酸(8),Hyptadienic acid(9),2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(10);一个黄酮:Ladanetin(11);另外一个为β-胡萝卜苷(12)。结论化合物4,8,10,11均为首次从毛叶香茶菜叶中分离得到,化合物11属首次从香茶菜属植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Isoclon japonica ( Burm L ) Hara. Methods The chemical con- stituents were separated by repeated silica gel column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectral analyses. Results Twelve compounds were obtained and identified, six being ent-kaurane diterpenoids : Enmein ( 1 ) , Hebeiruhescensin K ( 2 ) , Oridonin ( 3 ), Parvifoline G ( 4 ), Maoyecrystal A ( 5 ), Maoyecrystal L ( 6 ) ; four triterpenes : 2α-hydroxy-ursolic acid ( 7 ), Tormentic acid ( 8 ), Hyptadienic ( 9 ), 2 α, 3 α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid ( 10 ) ; one fiavone : Ladanetin ( 11 ) ; the other one β-daucosterol. Conclusion Compounds 4,8,10 and 11 are isolated from Isodonjaponica( Burro f. ) Hara for the first time. Compound 11 is obtained from the plant of Isodon for the first time.
