摘要
目的探讨神经外科手术后并发颅内感染的治疗。方法对41例神经外科术后颅内感染患者进行全身抗感染及腰穿鞘内注射治疗。结果 41例患者中痊愈36例,平均疗程(15±3.26)d,自动出院5例。结论在综合治疗的基础上选择合理有效的抗感染治疗药物及方法,可提高颅内感染治愈率。
Objective To explore the treatment for intracranial infection after neurosurgical operation. Methods A retrospective analysis of all 41 cases with intracranial infection after neurosurgical operation was reported. The anti-infection, lumbar puncture and intrathecal administration were taken. Results 36 of all the patients recovered, the average treatment period was （ 15 ± 3.26） days, the other 5 cases were self-discharged from the hospital due to financial difficulty. Conclusions Reasonable and effective anti-infection with other com-bined treatment measures can improve the cure rate of severe intracranial infection after neurosurgical operation and reduce the mortality.
