西拉普利联合参麦注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

Impact on cardiac function of cilazapril combined with shen mai injection in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

目的分析西拉普利联合参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)疗效及对患者心功能的影响。方法将82例CHF患者随机分为两组,A组40例给予西拉普利治疗,B组42例给予西拉普利联合参麦注射液治疗,治疗6个月后观察心功能改变。结果 B组治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05);B组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均小于A组(P<0.05);B组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心搏量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论西拉普利联合参麦注射液治疗CHF可有效改善患者心功能,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the effect and impact on cardiac function of cilazapril combined With Shen Mai Injection in the treat-ment of chronic CHF. Methods A total of 82 patients with CHF were randomly assigned into two groups, 40 cases in group A treated by eilazapril,while 42 cases in group B treated by eilazapril combined with Shen Mai injection. We observed changes in cardiac function af-ter 6 months of treatment. Results Total efficency rate of group B was higher than that in group A （ P 〈 0.05）. LVEDD, LVESD of group B were less than those in group A（P 〈0.05）, LVEF,CO,CI of group B were higher than those in group A（P 〈0.05）. Conclu-sion Cilazapril combined with Shen Mai injection in the treatment of CHF can effectively improve the cardiac function, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
