团体音乐治疗对住院抑郁症患者的疗效评估

Effect evaluation of group music therapy on inpatients with depression

目的:评估团体音乐治疗对住院抑郁症患者的疗效。方法:将66例住院的抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组进行常规药物治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗的基础上进行团体音乐治疗。在治疗前及治疗后均采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和贝克抑郁自评问卷(BDI)进行评定。结果:治疗后研究组的HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组的BDI评分也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:团体音乐治疗对住院抑郁症患者的症状改善有明显作用。

Objective： To investigate effects of group music therapy on inpatients with depression.Methods： 66 depressive inpatients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.In control group,conventional drug treatments were used;and in intervention group,group music therapy plus conventional drug treatments were adopted.Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） and Beck depression inventory（BDI） were used for the effect evaluation before and after the treatment.Results： After the treatment,the HAMD scores of intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）.The BDI score of intervention group was also significantly lower than that in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions： The group music therapy can obviously alleviate the depressive symptoms for inpatients with depression.
