清末日本对华新闻活动考察

An Investigation on Japanese Journalism in China during the Late Qing Dynasty

19世纪末至20世纪上半叶,日本在中国创办了大量报刊。以日俄战争为界,早期报刊在一定程度上同情中国革命,宣传维新改革,创办初期受到中国进步知识分子的欢迎;日俄战争后,伴随着日本对华军事扩张,大多数报纸以维护日本的在华利益,培植亲日势力,扩张日本国权为目的,成为日本政府宣传其大陆政策的御用报纸。考察清末日本在华创办的中文报刊,探讨日本早期对华新闻活动的实质,是日本侵华新闻史研究的重要课题之一。

A lot of newspapers were published by Japanese in China from the end of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century. Before the Russo-Japanese War （1904 -1905）, early Japanese newspapers published in China, to a certain extent, showed sympathy for Chinese revolution and propagated on reform, which were favored by the Chinese progressive intellectuals. After the Russo-Japanese War, with the Japanese military expansion in China, most of these newspapers changed their attitude to protect Japan＇ s interests in China, cultivated pro-Japanese forces and focused on the expansion of the Japanese national sovereignty, becoming a tool of the Japanese government to propagate its colonial control policy. The study of the Chinese newspapers published by Japanese in China and on the essence of Japanese journalism within China in early times is one of the most important researches of Japanese aggression in journalism in China.
